Molly is a graduate of St. Olaf College, with a B.A. in music and a biomedical studies concentration. She completed her masters degree in Creative Arts in Therapy at Drexel University in Philadelphia and is a board certified Music Therapist. Following the completion of her thesis, Molly presented her research “Music Therapy as a Strength- Based Treatment for Adolescents with Chronic Medical Conditions and Depressive Symptoms” in a poster session at the National Music Therapy Conference in Cleveland, Ohio in November 2010.
Currently, Molly is the Associate Dean of Fine Arts Recruitment at her alma mater, St. Olaf College. In this role, she enjoys helping high school students through the scholarship and audition process. Previously, Molly was the Operations Assistant for The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and spent 5 years at Lutheran Music Program as the Admissions Manager. Molly also plays bassoon and teaches Music Together classes to families at Ensemble Music studio in south Minneapolis. In her free time, Molly enjoys traveling to see family and friends, visiting local farmers' markets and new restaurants, and baking cupcakes and bundt cakes.
